Monica S. Flores has worked as a web developer and digital products director since 2004, leading large-scale redesign and refactoring projects for over 240+ international and U.S. clients such as Green America, Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, the U.S. Department of State through the Global Entrepreneurship Network, and the GIST (Global Innovation through Science and
Technology) Network. Because of her interest in online communities, she advises leadership teams on strategic planning, product lifecycle development, and digital platform buildout for 100,000+ members.

She is passionate about leadership, innovation, education, and technology, and she speaks, writes, and presents on entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on women who are using their technology skills to make a measurable positive difference.She is a technical project manager at Lullabot, led the redesign of the Green America website, co-founded 10K Webdesign, and leads the FemaleFounders.Network, a membership group that provides support, resources, and connections to help female founders accomplish their goals. She serves on Green America’s board and chairs the board committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She received the 2018 NTENny award in recognition of her contribution to the nonprofit technology community.
