Sushma Punuru is currently the Director of Software Development for Global Customer Solutions. Her current role is the Delivery Lead for the Insight Program, where she is leading cross functional/multi organizational teams to deliver the first transformational Digital program that is fully integrated with EOS, MetLife Big Data Solution.
Prior to this role, she was the Director of Software Engineering for Global Digital Sales and Servicing, where she was responsible for the US self-service portfolio. Her journey at MetLife spans over 16 years and she brings and builds her technical expertise, business acumen, leadership and delivery experience to each role she has held.
