Niles Pyelshak is Cybersecurity Specialist in Cloud Security deployments at Cisco. She has 15 years of IT experience spanning a broad range of disciplines, starting with network engineering, Data Center design, implementation, validation, and cybersecurity.
Today, Niles’ expertise focuses on designing and implementing Cloud/Cybersecurity solutions for large organizations, Service Providers, healthcare, and commercial enterprises.
As the CEO at CyberAlliance, she leads the development strategies Security solutions that protect and maximize the potential of global, public, and private sectors by ensuring their digital networks are created, maintained, and operated securely. She draws from her experience with cloud, virtualization, data center, cybersecurity products, and managed services to lead transformational IT initiatives, both internally and at customer sites, with a strong focus on risk/threat mitigation.
She holds certifications in networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, and also has the world-renown Cisco Certified Interworking Expert(CCIE). Niles is passionate about Women in Science and Engineering(WISE), and Girls in ICT. She started a program for women called “Lean In Circle” in RTP, which has now become a Global Initiative at Cisco. She frequently teaches networking and cybersecurity in the USA and east and west Africa.
