Diya leads the Americas Practice of Operations Integration in Professional Services helping customers establish operations to be production ready in the cloud. With over 20 years experience and understanding of Operations, IT Service Management and delivery, she works with a global team to position customers to unlock value and experience the transformation they expect with AWS. In addition to working with enterprise customers, Diya leads the women’s diversity initiative for AWS Professional Services. Prior to joining AWS, she managed Operational Support Systems Engineering & Services Integration for Sungard Availability Services.
