Crystal Dreisbach is the Executive Director of a non-profit in Durham, NC called Don’t Waste Durham (est. 2013) which works to reduce the amount of trash produced by the community – by preventing it in the first place! She invented GreenToGo reusable takeout container service which operates in Durham’s restaurants. GreenToGo’s mission is to disrupt the take-and-trash status quo, and to inspire and proliferate the circular economy everywhere. Crystal has a Masters in Public Health and is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, the mother of two small boys, and a long-distance runner
